McAfee Completes Sale of McAfee Research Assets
SANTA CLARA -- McAfee, Inc. completed the sale of the McAfee Research (formerly NAI Labs) assets to SPARTA, Inc. As part of the sale, SPARTA has acquired the research contracts currently in place as well as the employees associated with the research team. The group conducts advanced computer and network security research focused on a variety of different technologies and has become a part of SPARTA, who will leverage the team to strengthen their capabilities in the information assurance business.
